A supernatural mystery visual novel set in Shiromitsugawa, where artifacts from a parallel world grant their owners special powers. The third episode of the 9-nine- series focuses on Haruka Kosaka and continues the investigation into mysterious murders and cases of people being turned to stone.

Kakeru Niimi, his classmate Miyako Kujo, and his sister Sora search for the culprit using the Evil Eye Artifact and encounter Rig Veda, an organization of artifact users. The investigation also develops the relationship between the protagonist and the heroine. The story stands on its own as an episode and has two different endings.
