Act of Aggression is a real-time strategy game about a conflict between three global superpowers and their factions, each equipped with modern and prototype military hardware. Its single-player campaign follows an original story across conflict zones around the world. Players build bases, establish resource supply lines, and command forces in battle.

The economy revolves around gathering resources and generating cash; capturing banks and enemy soldiers provides income. Units can be upgraded with specializations and new skills. The game also includes skirmishes against AI opponents and online PvP battles.
