A virtual reality action game built around gunfights and melee combat, Aeon makes the flow of time depend on the player's movements. The protagonist fights enemies with two large-caliber pistols and a pair of swords carried on their back.
Combat takes place in confined areas, where the player watches enemy movements, dodges attacks, and chooses when to strike back. Firing weapons or moving the hands speeds up time, while slower movements prolong the slow-motion effect. The VR game also displays the protagonist's body, and the swords can cut enemies apart.
