This action game about combat helicopters is set amid battles between military forces and armed groups of bio-engineered mutants. The player takes on missions across different environments, piloting one of three helicopters, each with its own weapons and tactics. Cockpit and third-person views are available for every aircraft.

The seven missions involve defending military outposts, destroying enemy convoys and positions, and supporting allied troops as they assault enemy bases. Completing objectives earns credits that can be used to upgrade the helicopters and their capabilities. The game also features 15 achievements to unlock.
