A psychological horror game about a family mystery, ALONE? follows a protagonist who receives a plea for help from a missing sister, Michelle, and returns to the home where they grew up. The search leads through a haunted house, underground caverns and an old morgue, where paranormal events unfold and the surroundings change.

Around 80% of the objects in the world can be interacted with. Frights occur as the story progresses, which has four possible endings.
