Anarcute is an isometric action game about a revolt against corporations that have taken control of major cities and brainwashed the police. Rather than controlling a single hero, the player leads a crowd of rioters that grows stronger as it gains members and unlocks destructive abilities.

New rioters can be found throughout the cities, while street objects can be picked up and thrown at the Brainwash Patrol. A large enough crowd can bring buildings down on opponents, and the urban layout shapes battles against lasers, turrets, spider robots, helicopters, and mortars. The revolt spreads across five cities, where players can also search for animals and customize the crowd.
