ASPIS Launches as a Story-Driven Horror Game Set in an Alternate Soviet Union
Dream Wire Games released ASPIS on October 23 for PC, and the game arrives after almost six years of solo work by developer Daniil Ponomarev. It is available on Steam.
The story begins in 1987, when six volunteers connect to ASPIS, an experimental system designed to predict historical events. A year later, none of them has regained consciousness. One of the volunteers is engineer Andrey, who joined the experiment hoping to see his deceased wife, Anna, and daughter, Liza, again. Instead, the system opens a path to places its creators never intended to reach.
