This 3D action RPG is set in a world where warships are personified as characters. A joint military exercise begins during the nations’ regular training, bringing together selected participants for a series of trials. The story follows newcomers Shimakaze and Suruga and raises questions about the motives behind the exercise.

Players control characters in battles against enemy fleets, choosing playable characters and support members. Before combat, characters can be equipped with items found after battles or with gear crafted in the laboratory. Alongside the story campaign, the game features fleet challenges, episodes with side stories, and a photo mode for adjusting poses, facial expressions, backgrounds, and camera angles.
