An RPG with elements of MOBA and auto-battlers, where the player controls a team of heroes rather than a single character. The main focus of Battle Arena: Heroes Adventures is on assembling an effective squad, developing characters, and making tactical decisions. Battles themselves are largely automated, so the key task is to properly build and upgrade your team.
In Battle Arena: Heroes Adventures, players progress through PvE content and take part in PvP to earn resources and strengthen their squad.
Combat system and hero roles
Up to five characters can be taken into battle. Their positioning on the field is determined automatically based on their role and lane, so there is no direct control over placement. One hero absorbs damage, another deals the main damage, while a third supports the team — and it is the balance between these roles that determines overall effectiveness.
Battles take place in a semi-automated format: heroes attack on their own, while the player selects the optimal moment to activate special abilities. Alternatively, full auto mode can be enabled to focus entirely on management.
Key features of the combat system:
- Distinct roles (tank, assassin, support, and others) that define hero behavior;
- Combat lanes that influence targeting and skill usage;
- Resource accumulation for triggering powerful abilities;
- Factions that provide additional bonuses and enhance synergy.
Modes and activities
The core content is divided into several directions. The campaign consists of a sequence of PvE missions split into stages with varying difficulty. The higher the difficulty, the greater the rewards and experience gained.
In PvP arenas, players compete against each other, increase their ranking, and unlock better rewards. Success in the arena directly affects progression speed, as it provides additional resources and currency.
Alliance events are also present. They encourage cooperative play and guild participation by offering shared goals and rewards for contribution.
Hero development and progression
Each character has their own stats, abilities, and faction affiliation. Their development progresses across multiple systems.
In Battle Arena: Heroes Adventures, heroes level up through experience, unlock and upgrade abilities, and improve their equipment. There is also an evolution system, where heroes gain significant power boosts through special resources.
An additional progression layer exists through the “frame” system. These are development stages that unlock new abilities and enhance base stats. To advance to the next frame, a hero must be fully equipped, after which their gear is reset while their overall power increases.
Economy and resources
The main currency is gold, used for upgrades, item purchases, and equipment improvements. A rarer resource — crystals — allows players to accelerate progression and access additional opportunities.
Energy acts as a limiting factor. It is consumed when completing missions and regenerates over time.
Additional resources include experience potions, upgrade materials, and items required for hero evolution.
Social elements
As mentioned earlier, Battle Arena: Heroes Adventures encourages interaction between players. Alliances grant access to cooperative events, additional rewards, and internal mechanics such as hero recruitment. This accelerates progression and provides extra ways to obtain resources.
In addition, alliances introduce a competitive layer where not only individual strength matters, but also contribution to the group as a whole.
