The game was completed on Elite difficulty with plenty of money, and the good ending was obtained. I found 2 Easter eggs in the game (one is a reference to Doom; to get it, approve the inventor's grant and choose teleportation. The other Easter egg references Metal Gear Solid's Snake; choose the walking tank. The other option, related to medicine, will kill people, while the portable phone is the right choice and gives you $15,000.)

One funny thing I liked was that the developers came up with a fraudulent healer. He caused so much harm with his actions. When the artist asks him to make his hardworking wife fall in love with him, she drinks the potion and leaves her husband, loving her job even more. When the archive worker's wife complains about being cold, you give her a potion and she bursts into flames like a torch. Later, he complains that she burned a hole in her cardigan and constantly feels heat in her chest. The retired sergeant's case is even worse: he complains about leg pain and asks for painkillers. When he drinks the mixture, a new leg grows out of his chest, moves slightly toward the amputated leg, then disappears back into his chest, finishing him off. It's completely horrific. When asked what went wrong, the healer says it should have been taken during a full moon with the head facing north, and complains that nobody reads his instructions. And when a policeman says he's afraid of his boss, you give him a potion for fear; the boss kills him by rolling over him like a giant donut and flattening him.

To get the good ending, talk to the policeman and his wife, find the letter from his father, then talk to him and his wife again. Before time runs out, try to have at least $60,000.

Help everyone (arrest the murderer, help the woman with a child by giving her money for an operation, and do the smaller tasks), or you'll get the ending where the main character walks along the beach collecting trash.
