A 3D platformer set in a bleak dystopian world, where the zombie Ed is forced to take part in the deadly game show Rundead to save his friend Ben. The host, Hans Showmaster, puts contestants through dangerous courses, and Ed must reach the finish despite the traps and damage to his body.
Players navigate obstacle courses filled with blades, hammers, lasers, and acid, jumping, crawling, and dodging hazards along the way. Ed can lose limbs, and his head can be thrown to reach hidden areas and recover his body. The game also features unlockable challenges.
