The brothers discover that Charlie has been captured and use their special skills to rescue her from her curious captor.

Limburger wants to be the leader and has the perfect plan to rig the elections. Three Chicago citizens voted against it.

Limburger convinces the US government to go to war with Chicago and award it all redevelopment contracts.
