Many years ago during the Oblivion Crisis, there lived a soldier named Lutin Capricorn. A simple soldier, nothing more than a means to protect the people, which he did better than anyone else. His life revolved around his guard duties until the day the Gates of Oblivion began to arrive. Concerned by the sudden appearance of the gates, many Imperial guards were ordered to scout them. However, many returned injured, and most did not return at all.
Like many before him, Capricorn was sent to die to protect the land of Cyrodiil. With a sword in hand and fear of the gods in his heart, he charged with many others into the Gates of Oblivion. To the left and right, soldiers were torn apart by the forces of hell itself. However, fate had it that he would not perish here. Driving his blade into the darkness of Oblivion, Ibex killed enemy after enemy, pushing forward. Everything fell before him, succumbing to the might of the warrior. The tide of war turned in favor of the Imperial guard, and the front quickly advanced.
However, just as the situation began to improve, he encountered a creature on the battlefield. A Dremora, towering above all else. Its cold gaze swept across the battlefield and settled on the fearsome sight of Lutin Capricorn. In a cinematic clash, the two enemies collided. Blade against blade, strike against strike, they both fought for the victory of their side. Only one would emerge victorious. With a barely noticeable motion, Ibex severed the beast's head, toppling the clumsy foe before him. The gates were closed. In a sign of victory, Ibex took the Dremora's giant blade and left with his new prize.
The name Capricorn quickly spread among the Imperial Guard, and Lutin Capricorn was named captain. In honor of his promotion, an experienced blacksmith was hired to forge him a blade worthy of a captain. Using the Dremora blade, a new weapon was forged: the Ibex Blade. With daedric metal and masterful craftsmanship, this blade was unmatched. It is even said to summon Oblivion to enchant the blade with unknown power.

Имя Козерога быстро распространилось среди Имперской Гвардии, и Лютин Козерог был назван капитаном. В честь его повышения по службе был нанят опытный кузнец, который выковал ему клинок, достойный капитана. Используя клинок дреморы, было выковано новое оружие: клинок Ibex Blade. С даэдрическим металлом и искусным мастерством этому клинку не было равных. Говорят даже, что он призывает Обливион зачаровывать клинок неизвестной силой.
