A cozy house in the jungle. It seems like a good place to battle monkeys (custom weapons and props). NPCs tend to get stuck on the stairs. Some may have issues transitioning from the house to the yard, but they can manage it. There are two spawn points inside the house, four in the yard, and two in the jungle outside.
