Adds a respawn menu that can be accessed anywhere. Press the Trigger on your left hand to toggle the respawn book.
The portable respawn menu will NOT appear if:
- you are holding an item
- you have an active spell in your left hand
- you are clenching your fist (grip before pressing the trigger)
