This horror game with strategy elements follows a character awakened at night by a doll that warns of a monster come to take them away. The goal is to find the Boogeyman before he finds the character.

The player watches the places where the monster hides and listens for sounds while using a flashlight to illuminate the room. Its batteries run down, and lights go out one by one. Weather changes each night: rain masks noise, lightning briefly illuminates the room, and blizzards make sounds difficult to hear.
