A casual educational match-3 puzzle, Breaking Good centers on chemical elements and compounds. The player matches element blocks to collect the required atoms and complete goals, such as making a water molecule. The same puzzle can be viewed from four angles, giving a view of the entire board.
Blocks can be swapped vertically, horizontal rows can be rotated, and the board can be shuffled. Matching at least three blocks yields one atom, with each additional block doubling the amount; making multiple matches at once increases the combo score. Completing a goal sets a new molecule and replaces elements on the board while preserving opportunities for further matches.
