Brütal Legend is an action-adventure set in a world blending fantasy with heavy metal, where demons seek to enslave humanity and bands perform imitation covers. The story follows Eddie Riggs, a roadie who sets out on a destructive journey armed with an axe and a guitar.
Combat combines melee and ranged attacks with real-time squad command. Guitar solos can summon objects, strengthen allies, or hinder enemies, while progression lets Eddie lead increasingly large legions of metalheads. The open world can be explored on foot, by car, or in the air.

A game for fans of heavy music, slam and headbanging - for me.
I saw the game on Steam, two weeks after its release. I was very afraid that all the “rockers” would be shown as stupid louts and hysterical bitches. And the game did it... But it did it with love.
It feels like the entire plot of the game comes from the epic songs of Iron Maiden and Judas Priest. A simple story about a war destroying everything in its path with an ax at the ready. Yes, this is a game! Somewhere stupid and simple, but breathtakingly atmospheric! There's nothing better than driving an awesome muscle car through the desert while Lammy from Motorhead howls. It was great to see familiar faces like Ozzy.

Игру я увидел в Стим, через две недели после её выхода. Очень боялся, что всех "роцкеров" покажут тупыми мужланами и истеричными стервами. И игра это сделала....Но сделала с любовью.
Такое ощущение, что весь сюжет игры приходит из эпических песен Iron Maiden и Judas Priest. Простая история о войне, крушащем все на своем пути с топором наперевес. Да, это игра такая! Где-то глупая и простая, но атмосферная до дрожи! Нет ничего приятнее ехать на потрясающем маслкаре по пустыне, под завывания Лэмми из Motorhead. Как же было приятно увидеть знакомые лица, таких как Оззи.
