This action-exploration platformer with RPG elements follows a knight who awakens in the monster-overrun city of Alexandria after an evil sorcerer and his army attack the kingdom. With the princess missing, the knight sets out to find her and restore peace. Castle in the Darkness combines a large world to explore with fast-paced combat and platforming challenges.
The knight gains new abilities as the adventure progresses, while weapons, armor, items, and magic can be collected and used. The world contains more than 100 types of enemies and over 50 bosses to find and defeat, alongside secrets hidden throughout its areas.
