This psychological visual novel is set in Shibuya, where a series of gruesome murders known as the New Generation Madness is taking place. The protagonist, Takumi Saijo, is a withdrawn high-school student who receives an image predicting the next crime from a mysterious online acquaintance called General. The following day, he arrives at the murder scene and meets Rimi Sakihata.
The story unfolds across routes involving six heroines, with each revealing different mysteries and possible endings. Its central mechanic is the delusion trigger, which blurs the boundary between reality and imagination. The dialogue is fully voiced.
