An action hack-and-slash sequel to Cinderella Escape! R12, the game follows Cinderella as she returns to clear her name, uncover the Prince’s plan, and fight for her freedom. This time, the story unfolds through combat rather than puzzle-solving.
Cinderella combines two types of attacks, dodges and blocks enemy strikes, and uses a special attack against groups of foes. Her clothing has a durability value: when it reaches zero, incoming damage increases and enemies can interrupt her attacks. The story mode spans 14 chapters, while the challenge mode features more than 50 encounters. Across 33 cutscenes, the story reveals connections to Snow White and Pinocchio. Cinderella’s hairstyle, underwear, outfit, and accessories can be customized, and newly unlocked items make her stronger.
