Coma: Mortuary is an adventure horror game and the opening chapter of a trilogy about events in the world of the dead. After a car crash, the protagonist falls into a coma, and his soul becomes trapped in that world. He keeps a diary describing what he encounters there. The story is conveyed mainly through subtitles and atmosphere, while the gameplay combines adventure and horror-quest elements.
