Detectives

Detective games, as the name suggests, are all about solving strange and mysterious murders. Usually the gamer is confronted by a very smart criminal who carefully covers his tracks, confuses the investigation and mocks the player, leaving messages and in every possible way showing that he will not be caught and that he will continue to kill.

Naturally, there are also detective games that are dedicated to more than one murder. A great example is L.A. Noire, where the investigator must solve many cases at once, interviewing suspects and monitoring their reactions.
