A few things not as polished as the first game but still has that amazing atmosphere and odd world building. Quests are rewarding and combat challenging. Almost have to do side content to level up before doing the main missions. Music is top notch.
The game is similar in concept to Control, but it has different gameplay and protagonist options, better graphics, better combat, and, in my opinion, a more in-depth storyline and more interesting content.
