This side-scrolling space shooter follows a rebellion by the Automations, machines created by humanity that now threaten to destroy their makers. The player pilots an experimental fighter and battles alone or in co-op, with local play for up to four players and online play for up to eight.
The branching campaign spans 32 levels, while endless survival modes challenge players to last as long as possible. Built-in editors allow custom levels and campaigns to be created. Ships can be customized with more than 600 attachments, including weapons, support devices, and shields, which can be combined to produce different abilities.
