This futuristic text adventure with role-playing elements follows William Vest, who is tasked with delivering alien bone marrow to a dusty town in New Mexico. When he discovers that his employer used the package as bait to kill him, Vest goes on the run. His allies include a machine that creates cryptids and a few gruff, sarcastic companions.
By solving puzzles and progressing through text-based scenes, Vest collects animal DNA and combines it to create creatures such as Big Foot, the Loch Ness Monster, and the fur-bearing trout. Cryptids can be trained and levelled up by fighting other animals, improving their attributes and ferocity. Once he has assembled a group of fantastical creatures, Vest uses it to fight his enemies.
