This is a modular HUD cleanup mod focused on reducing visual noise and improving immersion. The mod selectively hides or softens HUD elements that constantly distract from the game world. All features can be enabled or disabled individually through the mod settings. The mod is built around a minimalist cinematic presentation. Instead of dynamically toggling HUD elements based on gameplay, the mod focuses on reducing persistent visual noise to create a cleaner, more immersive experience. Features HUD Prompts & Interactions:
- Hide button hints (Press / Hold);
- Hide the keybind hint panel;
- Hide interaction prompts (Talk / Open / Use).
Loot & Information:
- Hide warning and alert messages;
- Hide police notifications;
- Hide currency notifications (credit popups);
- Hide loot details;
- Hide loot containers.
Progression & World Notifications:
- Hide the “New Area Discovered” notification;
- Hide progression banners (level up, skills, street cred, relics);
- Hide vehicle summon notifications.
Phone & Messages:
- Reduce and fade message preview widgets;
- Add transparency to phone-related UI elements.
Subtitles & Highlights:
- Hide all highlight outlines globally;
- Or selectively keep what you need (such as outlines on objects, quest items or characters, enemy weak spots, hackable devices);
- Hide object highlight colors;
- Change ping highlight color;
- Hide subtitles above characters.
Minimap Auto-Hide While On Foot:
- The minimap hides when you’re on foot and automatically appears when driving or riding a vehicle.
Markers:
- Hide the small marker above NPCs’ heads when you select them by clicking the mouse wheel.
UI Transparency:
- Add subtle transparency to selected widgets (phone, radio, vehicle UI).
Customization:
- Each feature can be enabled or disabled individually through the mod settings (except transparency).
