This futuristic side-scrolling action game, styled after 8-bit classics, follows Rusty, a test pilot and trusted friend of Nikola Tesla. He must close Portal X and save humanity, fighting his way through three levels filled with enemies.

Rusty uses Tesla’s first rocket-pack prototype alongside five experimental weapons. Dark Void Zero also features leaderboards for comparing scores and speed runs, while two alternate endings await the most skilled players. The soundtrack was composed and performed by Bear McCreary.
