This mod replaces Deacon's head with Daryl's head, fully equipped. This means facial animations work, and the head and hair are completely customized and rebuilt from scratch.

Installation:

1. Go to BendGame / Content / sfpaks and find startuppackages.pak

2. Rename it to startuppackages_mod.pak

3. In the BendGame / Content / Paks folder, there should be a folder named "~ mods". If not, create it and drag the downloaded mod package files into this folder.
