Set amid a mysterious outbreak, this isometric survival shooter takes place in contaminated areas overrun by hordes of mutated creatures. The player fights enemies and defends objectives while trying to escape the epidemic and survive.

Combat combines weapons and randomly dropped power-ups with defensive structures that can be crafted, including turrets, traps, and barricades. In online co-op, a team of up to four players tackles several environments featuring randomly generated enemy groups and boss encounters; scores can also be compared on online leaderboards.
