The main character is a soldier who wakes up in the very center of a suddenly started apocalypse. The world around has changed overnight — all people are either dead or have turned into monsters. The fighter must take up arms to uncover the reasons for the catastrophe and try to stop the ongoing madness. The game consists of three chapters, each featuring six levels. To effectively exterminate crowds of mutants, the player will have an arsenal of seven types of weapons, the properties of which can be improved using five different modifications.
