This Japanese-style role-playing game follows spirit beasts sealed inside the souls of children after a village leader sacrificed himself to stop their invasion. Thirteen years later, the seals are weakening and students begin to disappear. The protagonist and three friends from a warrior academy leave their training to search for the missing students and find a way to stop the spirits.
The group battles spirit beasts and relies on magic, strength, and cunning along the way. Their foes include a fire dragon, a sea serpent with healing abilities, and a lightning-fast bird. The story centers on the search for the missing students and the effort to prevent the sealed creatures from breaking free.
