How to Use:

Launch Cheat Engine.
Start Diplomacy is Not an Option.
Open the downloaded .CT table file in Cheat Engine.
Click the Process Selector icon (top-left computer monitor) and attach to the game process (Diplomacy is Not an Option.exe).
Check the desired resource pointers, input your target values, and lock them in place.
