This fantasy action fighting game with role-playing character progression centers on a war between Cosmos, goddess of harmony, and Chaos, god of discord. Heroes and villains from the Final Fantasy series take sides with one of the deities in a conflict that threatens to end in Chaos’s victory and the world’s destruction.
Combat combines fast-paced brawling with character development. The EX Burst system features series staples such as Limit Break and Overdrive, alongside summonable Aeons and a command battle mode. Dissidia: Final Fantasy also lets players trade Friend Cards, create items, share AI characters, and battle against them.
