Dithered

Adventure action in a dark style, reminiscent of Alice: Madness Returns and American McGee's Alice. The action takes place in a distorted world that reflects childhood trauma and subjective perception of reality. The player controls Penelope — a child who finds herself in limbo, where the familiar road to school breaks into fragments, and the surroundings lose logical and visual coherence.

The game stands out with its disintegrated, dithered aesthetic featuring an intentionally "noisy" picture, where low-poly shapes and glitches serve as part of the narrative rather than just a style. Gameplay is based on endurance and precise timing: battles with grotesque enemies require caution, and every hit and dodge carries weight. Managing the character's state plays an important role, including temporary boosts and side effects that affect perception and survival.
