This humorous platform action game satirizes downloadable-content practices and other quirks of the gaming industry. The hero collects coins to buy content packs that unlock features such as animation, sound and the ability to pause. All purchases use in-game currency.
DLC Quest contains two campaigns: the original DLC Quest and Live Freemium or Die. Players collect coins, rescue a princess and fight one or more villains, while the content packs form part of the game’s satire.
