Donkey Konga 2 is a music game sequel built around keeping time with songs spanning pop, hip-hop, R&B and rock. Its track list includes more than 25 new songs, and players can choose from three difficulty levels.

The game offers five modes, including freestyle and concert play. Up to four DK Bongos controller sets can be connected for group sessions, while the two-player battle mode pits players against each other in a rhythm contest.
