A casual visual novel about romance with characters drawn by the player. In Doodle Date, the player can create a dream date, as well as the movies watched together, the food eaten, and other details of everyday life. The story follows a relationship from flirting to marriage, with romantic and dramatic events along the way.

There are two love interests, each with a different path through the story. Choices lead to multiple endings, including a secret one.
