The Mars City Security mod introduces cooperative gameplay: in addition to playing through the campaign together, players can clash in several classic multiplayer modes. Currently, the mod only allows for PvE missions, as a full cooperative campaign has yet to be developed – the creators abandoned it.

Development was halted in 2015, but fans of picked it up to enhance it at the end of last year – they decided to add full cooperative gameplay and improve the existing modes. It is still unknown when the fruits of their labor will be revealed, but the old version is available for play.

Мод Mars City Security добавляет кооператив: помимо совместного прохождения кампании, игроки могут схлестнуться в нескольких классических мультиплеерных режимах. В текущем состоянии мод добавляет лишь возможность проходить PvE-миссии, а полноценный кооператив кампании не успел появиться – авторы забросили его.

Разработка приостановилась в 2015 году, но фанаты взялись доработать его в конце прошлого года – они решили добавить в игру полноценный кооператив и доработать имеющиеся режимы. Пока неизвестно, когда плоды их работы увидят свет, но старая версия доступна для игры.
