This adventure and exploration game with puzzle-solving takes place in the subconscious of Howard Phillips, whose waking life is dull while his dreams are vivid and strange. He explores abstract worlds, tackles their challenges and searches for a key to his future. These imagined places include snow-covered deserts, endless twisted stairways and unsettling nightmares.
The worlds contain puzzles, collectibles and surprises, while the non-linear story allows them to be explored in different ways. The player’s choices and the dreams Howard experiences affect the story’s progress and his future, with multiple possible endings.
