Drunken Wrestlers 2 is a multiplayer fighting game where physics and the force of each strike shape the outcome of a match. Characters react to external forces and maintain their balance through procedural animation, while harder hits deal more damage. Matches can be played online or by two players on one computer, with casual and competitive modes available.

Playing earns experience and money that can be spent on character customization items. An integrated editor with C# support lets players create maps and game modes and publish them to the Steam Workshop.
