This action game with strategy elements is set in a fantasy medieval world and features battles across stories not told in the main series. Legend Mode includes more than 18 such stories, while Challenge Mode adds two combat trials.

In Destiny Mode, the hero begins as a foot soldier and rises through the ranks by completing combat missions. Players choose which officer to serve and which kingdom to join. Xtreme Mode supports up to two players, Edit Mode offers 20,000 possible character combinations, and the Blacksmith system lets players upgrade characters and weapons using special items.
