This twin-stick action game with roguelike elements takes place in a distorted version of Earth, where a scientist must escape a hostile parallel dimension. After his time machine explodes, he is stranded in this world and must rebuild it before reality collapses.
The player explores procedurally generated forests and dungeons, fights monsters, and searches for machine parts using an arsenal that ranges from shotguns and boomerangs to cannons and magical swords. Each run gives the player 20 minutes to explore, and objectives can be completed in any order. The game supports solo play and local multiplayer for up to four players. Death resets a run, but unlocked weapons, abilities, and modes carry over.
