This science-fiction action platformer follows Jim, an ordinary earthworm who becomes an intelligent superhero after a strange suit lands on him. When he learns of the evil plans of Psy-Crow and Queen Slug-for-a-Butt, he sets out to rescue Princess What's-Her-Name.

Jim fights enemies with a whip and a plasma blaster, while the suit lets him perform a range of other actions. Levels combine running and shooting with swinging from hooks, launching cows, bungee jumping, space racing and underwater sections. The adventure moves through a variety of fantastical environments and brings together several styles of gameplay.
