This save file contains all legendary talismans, gestures, summons, ashes, weapons, armor, spells, and achievements for a level 160 character. I don't believe I'm missing anything, as I've completed the game three times (you need three playthroughs to unlock all summons and endings), so you're encouraged to start New Game Plus 4.
