Noelle Overhaul (Genshin).

This mod was created because my previous Noelle mod lacked various aspects. It was especially insufficient to fulfill my duty as a Noelle fan. Currently, I plan to update the clothing for the addon over Noelle, and these updates will be provided as optional files. For now, it's just Kate's armor. This mod replaces the knight's helmet, the Astrologer's cloak, and the bracelet. This mod is made using official Genshin models.
