Hand of the Rot Goddess.
Minor rework to Hand of Malenia in an attempt to make it more faithful to the version the boss uses.
Features:
- HP is restored when hit.
- No longer causes Bleed buildup, replaced with Scarlet Rot buildup.
- Custom weapon description.
- Custom name.
- Reduced the FP cost for Dance of the Waterfowl.
- Better DEX scaling.
