Skills Unlocked For Elden Ring Reforged.

Quick and dirty edits I made to the Elden Ring Reforged config file to allow the application of Ashes of War to every weapon, as well as the addition of unique weapons. One known issue is that the name of the unique weapon has been changed to "Weapon Name." I'm almost certain this isn't a problem, but rather caused by the weapon technically not existing in another csv table in the rules file, though I don't know which one, and it doesn't seem urgent.
