A classic grand strategy wargame about taking cities across a map. A captured city allows its commander to produce units and expand, while rival opponents pursue the same goal, forcing players to defend their holdings as well as attack enemy cities.
Four unit sets offer successive levels of complexity: Basic, Standard, Advanced and Enhanced. Depending on the set, armies include 6 to 30 unit types, such as land, naval and air forces, submarines, artillery, engineers, satellites and missiles. Play is available solo or against other players in hot-seat, email and network modes. Optional rules and victory conditions can be adjusted, while built-in editors support creating maps and scenarios and modifying unit sets.
