This narrative adventure with visual novel elements takes place in a convent in the 16th-century Holy Roman Empire. Peasant girl Adeline is sent to the Claustrum Convent after her mother is falsely accused of witchcraft. She decides to escape with her friend Helena. The game is based on the manga Hengoku no Schwester.
The player explores the convent and uncovers its mysteries, while choices shape the story. The narrative has multiple endings and additional episodes. Alongside puzzles, the game features mini-games involving quick-time events, hunting, and cooking; relationships with other characters also play an important role.
